French Kissing

Date filmed: July 2001
Place filmed: Vienna (Austria)
Directors: Hannes Rossacher / Frank Wilde

Storyline
Sarah goes into a hotel and puts a cassette into the cassette player. She gets the keys to her room and gets into it. But it's not empty - Sarah's escort and two girls are already there. In another room there are people filming each other, or a girl playing with a bottle.
Sarah can be seen lying on the bed or standing naked in front of the window. In the bridge Sarah dreams of a hot night with her escort. It's all very erotic. However all these 'actions' are just teasers and it leaves up to your imagination if there's really something happening or not..

Backstage Infos When Sarah and her team searched for good rooms to film, they found a very messy room. What would have happened in there... ;-)

Roarr!

Music Is The Key

Date filmed: August 2003
Place filmed: Orlando (USA)
Director: Oliver Sommer

Storyline
"Music Is The Key" is a performance video. Basically it has Sarah and Naturally 7 sitting outside a veranda and recording the song in a studio. Various scenes from people all over the world have been cut inbetween the performance scenes; like dancing indians or kids. The meaning of this video is, that music really is the key, and connects all people!

Backstage Infos
Before Sarah would go on her baby break, she pre-recorded 2 videos, one of them being "Music Is The Key". Due to her 'heavy' situation her trousers wouldn't fit properly. There was also a problem with one of the scenes: it was taken from a video of the German rapper Gentleman - apparently without permission - but it got cut out afterwards. There are 2 versions of the video: the single version (was on TV) and the directors cut (was on the maxi CD)

Just One Last Dance

But the young couple doesn't care - they do all they can to meet each other, though the brother is always there and keeps Marc away from her. They even have a football match, but this doesn't help either. The story ends at a party where Marc and the other Natural guys play their instruments. They're dancing and this time her brother didn't stop them from being together and they're kissing...

Backstage Infos
The shooting took 2 days and it took place in a castle in Nürnberg (Germany). It was very cold (~10°C) so Sarah had to have a heating around her all the time. If you want to have a laugh: forward to "I don't think I'll ever understand, that our loving should never have a happy end" and take a closer look at her clothes ;-)

From Zero To Hero

Place filmed: Ava Studios, Berlin (Germany)
Director: Oliver Sommer

Storyline
The video of 'From Zero To Hero' is a mini version of the movie 'Robots', where Sarah is the German voice to the animated character, Cappy. Listing every scene would take years - just make sure to watch the video and the movie.

Backstage Infos
"From Zero To Hero" is the first bluescreen video Sarah has ever made. She obviously loved the video because in her album credits she thanks the director and calls the video a masterpiece.

Heat Between The Sheets (Marc Terenzi)

Date filmed: February 2005
Place filmed: Berlin (Germany)
Director: Oliver Sommer

Storyline
There's an arsonist in town!! And she has already found her next scenery: the old fabric. So she's calling fire station no. 56 for help. What they don't know is that they are just about to get into her trap. The firemen obviously took the alarm serious and rushed to the fabric with sirens on. First thing they do is to look if there is still any person in the building. Marc who plays the leading fireman does that job and finds a bed and a sexy arsonist - there's gonna be heat between the sheets! Then he wakes up and everything is ok again. Or not?

Backstage Infos
It was a lot of fun for Sarah to have a guest role in Marc's video but she was very excited about it at the same time.

Love To Be Loved By You (Marc Terenzi)

Date filmed: August 2005
Place filmed: Tarragona (Spain)
Director: Oliver Sommer

Storyline
As 'Love To Be Loved By You' is the wedding song from Marc to Sarah, the video is all about the wedding and Sarah. While Marc is performing in front of a Spanish house, at a beach or a cliff he's thinking about the time before the wedding and the wedding ceremony itself. Sarah can only be seen during the flashbacks, she doesn't perform together with Marc.

Backstage Infos
The video was shot a few days before the wedding in Spain. It must have been interesting for the whole family to sneak in during the shooting, especially for Sarah...

Christmas In My Heart

Date filmed: 31st October 2005
Place filmed: Munich (Germany)
Director: Oliver Sommer

Storyline
The video begins with Sarah walking through the snow, while waiting for a mystery person to come home for Christmas. Sarah is shown lovingly stroking her cat throughout the video, with the narrative of travelling home for Christmas continuing throughout. She decides to chop some logs for the fire, and as the evening draws near, lights some candles, and heats up some water for a bath and a cup of tea. Sarah is then seen singing out of the window and laying on the rug in front of the fire in a red dress, before greeting the mystery person (presumably Marc) at the door.

Backstage Infos
Don't worry, Sarah didn't have to freeze in the cold for the video shooting as it took place in a studio in Munich during a day off from tour. She's even wearing the red dress she wore on tour in the video as you can see the third screenshot.

The Best Side Of Life

Date filmed: October 2006
Place filmed: Palais am Festungsgraben, Berlin (Germany)
Director: Oliver Sommer

Storyline
It's christmas time again. Sarah is preparing for the big day, chosing the right clothes, wrapping up presents and decorating the room. Right outside Sarah's place there is a christmas market, on where it seems to be cold, because a girl needs to have her boyfriend's jacket. The day ends with Sarah leaving her place to perform the song with a gospel choir.

Backstage Infos
After being out of the business for a year and after many personal experiences the videoshoot was a nice opportunity to 'break out' for a little while and give the fans something to cover the waiting time. The market scenery and the guy who played the violin was used for the Coke christmas advert for 2006.

The Impossible Dream (The Quest)

Date filmed: 21st February 2007
Place filmed: Berlin
Director: Oliver Sommer

Storyline
Sarah's song was chosen to be the opening song for Henry Maske's revenge box fight versus Virgin Hill. Therefore the music video to the song is themed with boxing, moreover the hope before and during a fight. Sarah can be seen watching a boxing fight and looking back to the one, which happened 10 years ago. On the other hand you can see Sarah and her orchestra, performing the song in Saal 4 in Berlin. Very inspiring!

Backstage Infos
The video was shot during the album production of "Soulicious", so Sarah and her team spent one day doing nothing else than shooting the video.

Sexual Healing

Date filmed: 1st June 2007
Place filmed: Berlin (Germany)
Director: Oliver Sommer

Storyline
The video to "Sexual Healing" bases on selected scenes from the movie "Nine 1/2 Weeks" with Kim Basinger. Therefore the feeling of the video is very 80's, very sensual and teasing. Adapted scenes were for example the silouette, getting fed in front of a fridge and making out in the rain. A very sexy video!

Backstage Infos
To get in the right mood for her performance on set, Sarah had to drink champagne. In advance she had been locking herself into her bed room to try out some teasing moves. Tyler then would knock the door and ask what she was doing. Luckily she locked the door! Ne-Yo, who is her duet partner for the song, couldn't be there, so he is represented by dias. Her male counter part in the video is represented by the Hugo Boss model Morgan Domingos, whom she casted a day before the video shoot.

Under My Skin

Date filmed: 5th July 2008
Place filmed: Tempodrom, Berlin (Germany)
Director: Joern Heitmann

Storyline
The concept of the video is easily explained: a sexy dance video. Clean colours accompany edgy backgrounds and flashing lights. You can see Sarah sitting in a gray chair with a gray sprakling dress, in tight leather pants infront of a black and white-flower patterned background and in a theatre athmosphere. Sometimes with three female dancers, with her love interest, a group of mixed dancers or just alone. Inbetween there are close ups to Sarah's lips, eyes or messed-up hair, which expresses the lyrics. For the second chorus Sarah's hair and outfit changes in a very sexy way. She's got you under her skin!

Backstage Infos
Return of the dancers! For the first time since "Bounce" Sarah has got dancers in her video. Also for the first time since "Bounce" Sarah worked with a different director - Joern Heitmann.

I'll Kiss It Away

Date filmed: 20th September 2008
Place filmed: Berlin (Germany)
Director: Oliver Sommer

Storyline
As "I'll Kiss It Away" is a very personal song, the video is a very personal one. Different sceneries adapt the lyrics. The main scenery is a hospital, where Sarah can be seen waiting and worrying for Summer. Another scene represents the 'religious' bit of the song taking place in a church. Summer also can be seen in the video, eating fries, chasing butterflies and cuddling with Sarah at the end of the video. A very emotional video!
